OSCIETRÈ NOIR

This specific caviar is deep black and comes from a young Oscietre sturgeon. It impresses with its strong, varied flavours and its infinitely long finish. It accounts for only 10% of the annual production.

To accompany your finest and most creative recipes, it is enjoyed with a great Riesling or a Vin Jaune des Jura.

We are proud to present the first production of Prunier Oscietre caviar after more than 12 years of long and patient breeding of our sturgeons "Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii" in the Prunier manufactory.
This caviar line Prunier Osciètre, is a perfect complement to our traditional caviar line Prunier. During production, we can select the grains according to size, colour and consistency for an unparalleled organoleptic experience.
