外殼顏色較白及呈金黃色,別看它外觀細小,開殼後包含的蠔肉相當豐滿,既厚身,食落海水味不會過鹹,是眾多蠔之中最鮮甜的!
這款生蠔雖然外表較細隻,但肉身佔的比例多,鮮味無比!好好捉緊華漣的季節喔!
